The Troubleshooting Assistant helps product owners determine if the TV needs repairs and helps with ordering the replacement parts.
The Troubleshooting Assistant provides guide questions and answer options related to the symptoms and problems the product may have. The product owner answers all the pertinent questions until the program gives a recommendation. When repair is necessary, the program takes the user to the warranty information page to verify the terms and expiry of the particular product's warranty and offer repair options.
