Tasks that can be accomplished at the GE Benefits website include viewing and printing past Pension Pay Summaries, updating beneficiary information, viewing and updating direct deposit information, maintaining and updating personal information, and updating your Federal Tax withholding election.
To enter the GE Benefits website, first go to Benefits.GE.com. If it is your first time logging on, you need to register a User ID. To do this, click the Sign Up icon located on the lower right side. You are directed to a page where you are asked to input personal information, such as your Social Security Number, work status, and GE PIN.
Create a User ID and choose a password for your account. There is an option to enter your email address; however, it is not required. Choose a challenge question to use if you ever need to reset your password. Click Submit and you are redirected to the user portal.
If you have logged in to the GE Benefits website before, simply input your User ID and password, and then click Log In. Once you have logged in, you have access to important information pertaining to your pension and benefits. You can also perform a wide variety of tasks concerning your Pension Pay account, beneficiary information, direct deposit information, personal information and federal tax withholding.
