The Oracle TBE Recruiting Cloud Service allows recruiters to import the contact details of candidates from Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel directly into the software. Recruiters can view the entire database of candidates at once. The software ranks each candidate by scoring the answers to questions asked online or over the phone. Recruiters can then automatically pre-screen the candidates and set reminders to contact each potential employee. The software also provides role-based access so that each recruiter can view their reminders, assigned tasks and deadlines.
The Oracle TBE Recruiting Cloud Service generates graphs, tables and reports to monitor the current workforce. Connectors within the software allow companies to easily import and export recorded data to and from their own systems.
