Those who sign up for GoPhone are allowed to choose among a variety of 4G LTE and 4G devices and phones. They are also permitted to bring their own devices and phones to the program, as of 2015.
Many customers choose GoPhone to avoid annual contracts and credit checks. They also like the pay-as-you-go plan options, which range from plans for heavy talkers to plans for heavy texters. Plans are also avaiable for customers who expect to make periodic international calls. In addition to offering monthly prepaid plans with unlimited texting, they offer plans with unlimited data. Customers have the option of renewing their monthly plan online, through refill cards available at AT&T stores and at many general retail stores, by autopay, or by dialing a toll-free number from their phones.
GoPhone customers have access to customer service seven days a week, although hours are limited. The GoPhone website offers troubleshooting information, video tutorials and other helpful information.
