Customers access their accounts through my.t-mobile.com and pay bills online at any time using the option to send bill payments electronically from a personal checking account. T-Mobile also offers an EasyPay service that allows customers to schedule automatic monthly payments with a debit card, credit card or electronic check. Online payments are generally processed immediately, and payment information is easily saved for future use.
Payments are also made by phone using T-Mobile's automated phone system or by speaking to a customer service representative. The automated phone system is available 24 hours, and customer service representatives are available from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. As of September 2014, a telephone payment processed by a customer service representative incurs a $5 fee. A payment can be submitted through the mail by sending a check or money order to one of the four regional processing centers listed on the T-Mobile website.
