The help section for the MicroCell offers user manuals, quick start guides, video tutorials, a how-to-center and a troubleshoot tool. Click User Manual or Quick Start Guide under the version of MicroCell you use to download either document. Both are in PDF format and require a PDF reader.

Click Set-up Video to watch an annotated animation that explains how to set the modem up. The how-to-center includes supports articles and offers a search tool to make it easier to find the solution to your inquiry. Click Troubleshoot And Resolve Tool, and then use the drop-down menus to select MicroCell to access step-by-step troubleshooting tutorials.
