Microsoft's official Office support site offers extensive FAQ lists and tutorials for all products, user forums, a link to their Facebook page, and live support via chat and over the phone, as of 2015. Users can get help with installation and upgrading problems, account and billing issues, and general technical support for Office Professional and other versions of Office.
The top menu of the site has links to support for the individual apps, setup information, the Office Training Center and help for Office for Business admins. To access FAQs and tutorials for a particular Office product such as Word or Excel, click the name of the product in the menu or on the front page. The front page also features the most popular current solutions, including Trending Topics, which notes recent updates, known bugs and fixes.
At the bottom of the front page are links to live support and the user forums. To get live help, click Contact Us, and navigate through the menu options to open a live chat window with support personnel, or enter your phone number for staff to contact you. To access the forums, click Ask the Community. Guests can browse existing forum threads and answers, but must have a Microsoft Live account to post new questions.
