The Supervalu SVHarbor portal is a web-based business tool for Supervalu’s retailers, suppliers and carriers. The portal features several tools and applications that help save time and costs, enhance productivity and streamline critical supply chain processes.
SVHarbor allows retailers to place orders, review item availability, obtain store reports and access ad-planners. Suppliers can use the portal to submit new items and promotions, view item reports, check inventory levels, and view chargeback and payment information.
SVHarbor’s online dock scheduling application allows carriers and suppliers to schedule and reschedule appointments at the Supervalu distribution centers. This feature helps reduce carrier wait times, prevent dock congestion and provide real-time visibility.
