How Do You Submit an OtterBox Warranty Claim?

For most Otterbox warranty claims, a customer needs to visit the website, choose the product under warranty and upload a picture of the damage to the product. If the company feels the damage fits into its warranty, it sends a replacement product.

OtterBox offers a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If the company determines damage to an OtterBox product was cause by a defect on its part, it either repairs or replaces the product at no additional cost to the customer. OtterBox reserves the right to replace a damaged product with a new or refurbished item.
