Straight Talk is a prepaid mobile phone service that is sold at Wal-Mart stores in the United States and operated jointly by TracFone Wireless and Wal-Mart. Straight Talk offers both CDMA and GSM support powered by the networks of Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T.
Straight Talk provides a series of prepaid monthly plans that differ in the number of minutes, data and speeds available to the subscriber. As of April 2015, the $30 plan is the cheapest one offered by Straight Talk, and it includes 1,500 nationwide minutes, unlimited texts and 100 megabytes of basic data for 30 days. The $45 plan includes unlimited minutes, unlimited texts, 3 gigabytes of high-speed data and unlimited basic data for 30 days. Straight talk offers an international calling plan as well as prepaid plans lasting 90, 180 and 365 days that offer the same features as the $45 monthly plan.
Straight Talk is compatible with a number of Android devices including the Samsung Galaxy S4, ALCATEL onetouch POP STAR LTE and ZTE Rapido as well as Apple's iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus.
