    Open up Microsoft Outlook. Open the email you want to print.

  2. Go to the Print menu

    Click on File. Then in the File menu, click Print. In Outlook 2010 and 2013, click on Print Options next.

  3. Choose memo style

    Choose the memo style option to print the email. In Outlook 2010 and 2013, then click on Page Setup.

  4. Open the Header/Footer tab

    Click on the Header/Footer tab in this window. Near the bottom of the window, there are five symbols for tags that can be added to print with the email. To turn off the time and date, click on the clock and calendar symbols until they are grayed out.
