The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a 5.7-inch display with a 2.3 gigahertz quad-core processor, 3 gigabytes of RAM, 32 or 64 gigabytes of internal storage and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. The phone includes a 2 megapixel front-facing camera and 13 megapixel rear-facing camera that also records ultra-high-definition video.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 was released in September 2013 in 3G and 4G LTE versions that differ in processor speed. The Note 3's capacitive touch screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and produces images with a resolution of 1,080 pixels by 1,920 pixels. In addition to the 16, 32 or 64 gigabytes of onboard storage, the Note 3 comes with a slot that accepts micro SD cards up to 64 gigabytes in size.

The 5.93-ounce Galaxy Note 3 measures 5.95 inches long, 3.12 inches wide and 0.33 inches deep.
