Quicken, Xero, and Quickbooks are all popular software programs that create and manage bank statements. Quicken is for business and home use, while Xero and Quickbooks are primarily for small businesses.
A product of Intuit, Quicken is available for both Macintosh and Windows operating systems. Quicken encrypts its customers’ data and synchronizes data on each device running the software. Xero offers an online access portal and automatic bank reconciliation. Its features also include invoice reminders and a variety of downloadable bank statements and reports.
Quickbooks also creates bank statements, manages accounts and allows the user to import transactions from third parties such as PayPal. Quickbooks is available for both Macintosh and Windows operating systems.
