WordItOut lets the user type or paste in text or bring it in from a table or from a web feed. He can customize his word cloud's font, background color, range of text colors, text sizes and layout. The user can save his word cloud and share it with others. Users can also view other users' word clouds and discuss them on a community message board.
Wordle has a simple interface that accepts pasted-in text or the URL of a blog or web page with an Atom or RSS feed. Its advanced mode accommodates weighted words and weighted words with hex colors. Wordle also offers a user forum.
ABCYa.com says it's a word cloud creator for kids, but adults will also appreciate its visual appeal. Users can select font, color and layout. They can save and print their word clouds.
