Windstream Online residential account holders with an existing username and password can sign up for online bill pay by logging in to WindstreamOnline.com, and then selecting My Account. Payment options are available by choosing Invoices & Payments, and then Make Payment. The Pay Now heading allows customers to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
Current charges and remaining balance information is also available by viewing the Invoice Summary after selecting Make Payment. Invoice copies are accessible by selecting My Account, then Invoices & Payments, and finally, Invoices. Invoices are viewable in PDF format.
First-time residential users must register at WindstreamOnline.com to set up online bill pay. New customers can click the Register for Access link on the home page to begin the registration process. The account number, billing ZIP code and personal identification number are required to begin registration. The account's personal identification number is located on the invoice.
Customers who want to register on Windstream Online, but who do not have a copy of the invoice or personal identification number, should click the Contact Us link on the home page.
