Applicants must provide personal information, including the full name of the student's legal guardian as well the guardian's street address and telephone number. Additional required information includes the student's full name, date of birth, grade, school of attendance and relationship to guardian. Only one application is required for each family.

The legal guardian must print the completed application form and drop it off at the student's school. The guardian must also show valid government-issued picture identification at that time. The application takes five to seven days to process.

Newly enrolled families are given access to Family Access when the student enrolls in the Fort Bend Independent School District. After gaining the Family Access log in credentials, guardian's can access the student's assignments, grades, overall progress and absences.

The Family Access application is available on iTunes, Google Play, Amazon and Windows. Links to the respective applications are available through the Family Access website at FortBendISD.com.
