  1. Enter the email address
  2. From the Applications menu, select Email or Mail and type in the full email address and the password used to log onto the account in the appropriate boxes and then hit Next.

  3. Select exchange account
  4. Select the Exchange option and enter the full email address in the Domain/Username box. If the domain and user name are two separate boxes, leave the domain box empty and type the full email address in the user name box. Type in the password used to log onto the email account and then type the name of the Exchange server in the appropriate box.

  5. Verify settings
