ClearTalk Wireless offers flat-rate, no-contract, unlimited cellphone plans as well as mobile Internet plans. Services are currently available in the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico and Texas, although coverage is available across the country.
ClearTalk Wireless, formerly Flat Wireless, was formed in November 2007 by a group of investors with the belief that wireless service providers and services should be simple and affordable. ClearTalk has network agreements with Leap Wireless, Metro PCS and Sprint. ClearTalk offers individual plans ranging from $35 to $45 per month as well as multiline plans starting at $25 per person.
The ClearTalk Wireless unlimited cellphone plans include unlimited local calling, nationwide long distance, text messaging, picture messaging and Web surfing. Other services include navigation, 3G data for smartphones and uncapped 4G data for LTE smartphones. ClearTalk also offers mobile Internet browsing for $35 to $45 per month.
Many of the top cellphone providers, including T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon, have switched to flat-rate plans instead of the traditional one- to two-year contract plans. A flat-rate cellphone plan is a plan that is the same cost every month, no matter what services or data are used.
Popular cellphone service providers include Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T and Cricket Wireless.
