Straight Talk's My Account feature allows users to manage cell phone accounts, update billing information, update personal profile information, set up a personal identification number for mobile web transactions and enroll in auto-refill. Users can set up an account with an active straight talk phone, an email address and password.
My Account management features allow users to activate new phones, refill existing phones, select from multiple plan options and check their account balances. Specialty features such as ringtones and special tips for getting the most out of Straight Talk phones and service are also available.
Straight Talk has three basic 30-day calling plans available for its cell phone service, as of 2015. The All You Need Plan provides users with 1500 talk minutes and 100 megabytes of data. The Unlimited Plan gives users unlimited talk, text and data, but the data speed slows after the first three gigabytes. There is also an International plan with restrictions that vary by call destination. All plans can also be purchased in blocks of 90 to 180 days.
None of the company's calling plans allows users to rollover any unused service. The auto-refill option helps ensure that subscribers do not experience any days without service.
