My Verizon offers online bill payment, paper-free billing, automatic payment enrollment, email access, contact list management, voice mail management and the ability to view and enroll in service and equipment upgrades. Customers can also view voice, text and data usage information.
Customers can use My Verizon to block and unblock phone numbers, change a mobile phone number or find information about an account's current service contract. My Verizon is also available as a mobile application for Android and Apple iOS devices. Customers can download the app from the Google Play store or the Apple App Store on a supported device.
Verizon customers can register for My Verizon at VerizonWireless.com by clicking Sign in/Register and then Register. The site requires a valid 10-digit phone number, identity and email address to activate the My Verizon service. The customer can use this email address to recover access to an account. Users have different privileges depending on their account roles. The account owner has access to all information and services, while account members have access only to information about their own line of service on the owner's plan.
Although the service is free, it is possible to cancel access to My Verizon by calling Verizon's customer service call center at 800-922-0204.
