Time Warner Cable operates in 29 states in the United States, offering greatest coverage in California, Texas and New York. It also covers the mid-Atlantic and east north central states, as well as most of New England.
Coverage extends to about half of the states in the south Atlantic, east south central, west north central and the mountain regions. Time Warner Cable is the United States' second largest cable provider in terms of revenue. It provides digital cable, Internet and telephone services to more than 15 million customers. In addition, it offers data, video and voice services to business customers of all sizes; cell tower backhaul services to smaller wireless carriers; and cloud-enabled hosting, managed applications and services to enterprise customers.
Time Warner Cable's advertising arm, Time Warner Cable Media, sells cable advertising to local, regional and national companies. Time Warner Cable also operates several news and sports channels.
