If troubleshooting does not fix the issue, the option to create a repair ticket or contact the technical support team is available.
Some of the available troubleshooting topics include: no dial tone, cannot make a call, cannot receive a call, and noise or static on calls. Other repair troubleshooting topics, like getting voicemail access or resetting a voicemail passcode, are also available. There is an option to check the status of a repair request online at the Verizon Wireless website, by simply entering the repair ticket number and zip code, or by logging in to the My Verizon account.
