As of April 2015, Samsung supports the Google Play store on its devices, such as the Galaxy S4. On the Galaxy S4, the Google Play store can be found by touching "Apps" on the Home screen and then choosing "Play Store."
The Google Play store allows users to download apps, games, music, books and movies to their mobile device. Each item will list the purchase price, with some items available for free.
Users must first set up a Google account on their Samsung device. Some settings can be changed on the Samsung device, such as when a user receives notifications and which accounts are used on the device. Additionally, gift cards can be redeemed and users can add items to their Google Play wishlists.
