To retrieve a Nook password, go to NookPress.com/Login, and click the Forgot Your Password link located in the lower right portion of the Login Form. Enter the email address associated with your Nook account, and click the Submit button. Check your email inbox, and open the message sent by Barnes and Noble. Select the Reset My Nook Password link, and provide the correct answer to the security question.
You must sign up for a new Nook account if you forgot the answer to your security question or do not have access to the email address associated with your Nook account. To sign up for a new account, go to NookPress.com/SignUp. Provide your first and last name, a current email address, and a password of more than six characters. Fill out all required fields, and select the Create Account button.
