- Power down all the devices
- Unplug the box
- Wait for the reboot process
- Turn the television on
Turn the television and cable box off.
Unplug the cable box from the outlet for 5 seconds and plug it back in.
Once plugged in, the cable box will reboot.
Wait for the time to show onto the television and turn it on.
