To replenish an AT&T GoPhone account, purchase a refill card or use a credit or debit card or checking account to refill over the phone or online. Refill cards are available at AT&T stores or at retail locations such as Wal-Mart, CVS, Best Buy and Target.
To refill a GoPhone account from a mobile phone, download the myAT&T app and log in using the phone number and four-digit password of the appropriate account. If replenishing an account using a prepaid GoPhone refill card, select GoPhone Refill Card and enter the card's PIN. Select Refill Now, and then the balance updates to reflect the refill.
If refilling using a debit or credit card or bank account select Debit Card, Credit Card, or Checking Account appropriately. Type in the desired refill amount and choose Continue. Choose a payment method from the drop-down menu when prompted and continue to the next screen. Enter your card or account information when prompted and press Submit to finalize the transaction.
If you prefer to make a replenish your account by phone, dial 611 from the GoPhone you wish to refill. You should have a debit or credit card or GoPhone refill card ready and follow the prompts to pay using the same methods available through the myAT&T app.
