  1. Access the Control Panel

    For versions of Windows prior to Windows 8 (Windows 7/Vista/XP), click on the Start button and select Control Panel. For Windows 8 and Windows 8.1, right-click on the Windows Start icon on the bottom-left of the screen, and select Control Panel. Alternatively, point your mouse on the upper-right corner of the screen, and move it down. Select Search, type "Control Panel" in the search box, and click on Control Panel when it appears.

  2. Uninstall Scorpion Saver

    For Windows XP, go to Add or Remove Programs. Find Scorpion Saver in the list of installed programs, and uninstall it. For all later versions of Windows, click Programs and Features, and select Uninstall a Program. Find Scorpion Saver, and uninstall the program. After the uninstallation is complete, restart the computer to remove any traces of Scorpion Saver.

  3. Remove browser extensions and/or add-ons

    After uninstalling the program, check your browsers to make sure all ScorpionSaver add-ons and/or extensions are removed. For Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu, and select Manage Add-ons. For Firefox, click on the Open Menu icon (three horizontal bars), and select Add-ons. For Chrome, click on the Chrome Menu (three horizontal bars), select Tools, and click on Extensions. If present, remove ScorpionSaver from the list of add-ons and/or extensions, and restart the browser.
