Individuls who wish to reload a prepaid debit card using MoneyPak can do so at the company's website. Visit the website, click the Already have a MoneyPak? Reload now! link, enter the prepaid card number, then type in the MoneyPak number and CATCHPA, and then click the Reload button.
As of March 2015, Green Dot no longer offers MoneyPak service for prepaid debit card refills. The replacement product for MoneyPak, Green Dot Reload @ the Register, requires cardholders to take their cards to a participating location, give the cashier their funds and then scan their prepaid cards for loading. Reloads usually arrive within 10 minutes, but customers should keep their receipts and check their balances as soon as possible to ensure successful funding occurred.
Green Dot's Reload @ the Register service costs $3.74 when prepaid cardholders add funds at Walmart. Reloading at other retail locations, including CVS Pharmacy, Dollar General, Walgreens, Safeway and Rite Aid, incurs a $4.95 fee. Prepaid cardholders can add from $20 to $500 with each reload, subject to the limits associated with their particular prepaid cards. Prepaid cards that can be reloaded using Green Dot's Reload @ the Register service include Rush Card, Account Now, Walmart MoneyCard, Green Dot, GoSmart and H&R Block Emerald, among others.
