To reinstall the Google Play Store, download and install the Google Play Store application package from AndroidFileHost, ZippyShare, MediaFire or MEGA mirror, and then restart the mobile device. The Google Play Store application should appear in the list of installed applications after restarting the device. The exact process of reinstalling the Google Play Store varies depending on what exactly has happened to the application.
If the Google Play Store application does not respond yet it appears on the mobile device, go to Settings, tap Applications, and then open Applications Manager. On the new page, click All to view a list of all installed applications, scroll down, and tap Google Play Store. Tap the Enable button to activate the application.
Alternatively, if the application does not appear in the list of installed applications, you need to perform a factory reset to restore the device to its original settings. To perform a factory reset, back up important data that you do not want to lose, go to Settings, select Privacy, tap Factory Reset, and then check Erase Everything. The device shuts down for a few minutes and restarts when the reset process ends. Provide the account details if required on the welcome screen, and then browse through the list of pre-installed applications at the Home page to locate the Google Play Store.
