How Do You Register Printers to Google Cloud Print?

Register classic printers to Google Cloud Print by navigating to Google Chrome's advanced settings and adding printers into the Google Cloud Print section. Cloud ready printers are registered directly to Google Cloud Print and do not require manual registration.

Log in to Google Chrome with a Google account on the desktop to which the printer is connected and switched on. Open the Advanced Settings menu under Chrome's settings tab and scroll down to the Google Cloud Print section. Click on the Manage Devices button and select the required printer to connect it to Cloud Print. Cloud ready printers include an onboard menu system that prints a URL to connect the printer to a Google account.
