Members who have lost access to their claim number or who are otherwise unable to find it can use the billing account number located on the top right of the bill to gain access to AT&T rewards services. The billing account number varies depending on the type of service the member subscribes to. For instance, AT&T Wireless Rewards members need to use their AT&T wireless telephone number as the billing account number, while AT&T High Speed Internet Direct Rewards members need to use the Internet Direct account number for the same purpose.
Eligible members select rewards from the online AT&T Reward Center portal. After selection and confirmation, AT&T ships out the desired items, claiming that most items arrive within seven weeks of the account's activation date. The company warns that rewards can expire, so it is important for eligible members to claim their rewards quickly or risk losing eligibility. AT&T offers no compensation for missed rewards or attempts to claim rewards after their expiration date.
