As of 2015, Dish has several programming packages including the Smart Pack, America's Top 120, America's Top 200 and America's Top 250. These packages have a price range between about $20 and $40 per month for new customers and require a 12-month contract.
The Smart Pack includes channels such as Nickelodeon, Fox News Channel and the Cooking Channel. America's Top 120 includes USA, the Disney Channel and ESPN, plus a free Hopper Whole-Home HD DVR upgrade. America's Top 200 features the NFL and MLB Networks as well as Disney Jr., and America's Top 250 provides customers with the Movie Channel, Nicktoons and the DIY Network. Both packages also receive the free DVR upgrade.
Dish also offers bundled packages that include Internet and phone services. The Internet package includes a variety of Internet plans and speeds personalized for the customer's preferred usage; it costs about $40 extra per month.
Customers that choose to add both Internet and phone services to their television programming package pay about $50 per month extra. This package features Internet speeds up to 20 megabytes per second in certain areas and modems with integrated Wi-Fi. Each additional package is available to new customers only and requires a 24-month contract and credit qualifications. If customers need to lease any equipment, such as a modem, additional monthly fees are applicable.
