The Asus X751LD, the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL and the Surface Book have face recognition. All three products run on Windows 10, and each can recognize a user's face to unlock without requiring a password.
Using Windows 10, each of the three products allow a user to sign in by standing in front of the device. This feature, called Windows Hello, can recognize faces and irises for authentication. To enable Windows Hello, click the Start button, select Settings and then choose Accounts. Click Sign-in Options, and set up Windows Hello to have the system detect a face, iris or even fingerprint.
The Asus X751LD is a thin laptop that features Intel's Real Sense 3D camera. In addition to recognizing the user's face, the camera can also detect gesture commands. Using gestures, users can scroll through web pages, play games and open applications without touching the laptop or using a mouse. The Intel-powered laptop features an NVIDIA GPU, 4 GB of RAM and up to 2 TB of storage space.
Running the mobile version of Windows 10, the 950XL also has a camera capable of reading faces. In addition, the phone has a WQHD display and a USB Type-C port, and it supports wireless charging.
Another device by Microsoft, the Surface Book also supports Windows Hello. It is a portable device that can serve as both a laptop and a tablet. Users can remove the keyboard to turn the device into a touchscreen tablet.
