Customers can check the availability of Prism TV by navigating to CenturyLink.com, clicking TV, Prism TV and See What's Available in My Area. The customer is prompted to enter whether they are a new or a current customer, then enter street, city, state and ZIP code and click Show My Options. The next page displays what options are available for the given address.
CenturyLink also offers the Prism TV app for subscribers to Prism. The app is available for iPhone and Android devices.
