  1. Find and click on the Printer icon

    Open the PDF document, and look for the Printer icon located on the document's toolbar. It is situated between the Save icon and the Email icon. Click on the Printer icon to open the Print dialog box. You can also click on the File button on the Adobe Reader menu bar, then click on the Print button, or press the Control and P keys to open up the Print dialog box.

  2. Choose your printer

    Choose the printer you want to use from the drop-down menu located near the top of the dialog box. Click on the Advanced button if you want to print the document as an image or if you want to manage the color settings of the printer.

  3. Set your document for printing

    Choose whether you want to print the whole document or just a few pages. Click on the checkbox next to Current Page to print only the page you are viewing. Change the size and orientation if necessary. Click on Poster to print the document on many sheets of paper to create a poster, or click on Multiple to print many small copies of the document.

  4. Print the document

    To start printing the PDF file, click on the Print button at the bottom of the Print dialog box, or press the Enter key.
