Use the mailings function within Microsoft Word to address one envelope or address a set of envelopes based on a previously created address list. The mailings function allows you to choose the option to print addresses directly on envelopes or to create labels to affix to your envelopes.
Find the mailings function within Microsoft Word either in the general tabs or under tools, depending on your settings for the program. To create a single envelope, choose the create option followed by envelope. Then type the return and delivery addresses in their respective fields.
Confirm the size of the envelope selected in the program matches the envelope you are using. Use the options feature to change the font and font size. Choose the correct feed orientation for your printer. Print your envelope.
