To print a document from an online source, open it in a separate tab using a Web browser such as Google Chrome, and use the built-in printing functionality by selecting your printer and modifying parameters such as size and margins. Alternatively, download the document to your computer, and use Microsoft Word or a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader to print the document.
After opening the document in a separate tab, access the Print screen in Google Chrome by clicking on the menu button and selecting the Print option, or use the keyboard shortcut by pressing P while holding down Control. Click on the Change button in the Destination section to select your printer, specify which pages you want to print, and select the desired options from the drop-down menus to specify the layout, colors, paper size and margins. Finally, click on the Print button.
To print a document after downloading it as a DOC or DOCX file, open it in Microsoft Word, click on File, and select the Print option. Select the number of copies you wish to print, select your printer from the drop-down menu, click on the Page Setup link to modify the margins, size and layout, and click on the Print button. If you can’t print a PDF document due to corrupted content, click on the printer icon, click Advanced, and select the Print as Image option to bypass the problem.
