Insert the Avery labels inside the printer, open the saved address label document in Microsoft Word click the Office icon at the top left and click on Print to print the labels.

To launch the Avery wizard, click on the Avery icon in the toolbar of the Microsoft Office software. On launching the wizard, type in the product number or description of the Avery product, click on the Search button, and choose the product from the list.

To print Avery address labels using an alternate method, visit Avery.com, enter the product code in the Search field, click Search, click on the product code in the search results, and click on View Templates. Click on the label template that is designed for all versions of Microsoft Word. Click on Download Template, enter your contact information in the Get Started window, click Submit and Open when prompted. If the prompt does not appear, select Click Here to manually download, and click Open. After it downloads, the label automatically opens in Microsoft Word.

Type in the names and addresses, click on the Office icon at the top left and select Print. Insert the address labels in the printer's paper tray, select the printer from the drop-down menu, and click OK to print the labels.
