The Premier Health MyChart application is available for Android, iPhone and iPad platforms. Premier Health MyChart is also accessible from Windows and Mac computers. Patients must contact their doctors to receive MyChart access.
MyChart is a secure, free service offered to Premier Health patients that allows them to access test results; schedule, cancel or change appointments; and request prescription refills. MyChart also allows patients to send and receive messages from their doctors and view a summary of their health chart that shows medical history, allergies and immunizations. MyChart is available to patients every day of the year at any time of day.
To access the Premier Health MyChart application from a mobile device, the patient must have a MyChart account and must install the application on the device. A patient can install and access the MyChart application on her mobile device by searching either the iPhone App Store or the Android Market for MyChart App. After the application is located, the patient should download it. Then the patient should choose Premier Health Partners from the list of Healthcare Providers. Thereafter, the application download finalizes and a login screen appears. After entering a MyChart username and password into the appropriate spaces and clicking the login button, the MyChart account becomes available.
