Plantronics offers troubleshooting advice on its website. To access any troubleshooting advice for a specific product, click on the website's Support tab and then on the Knowledge Base link under Technical Support in the drop down menu.
Click on the Solutions tab on the Support Knowledge Base page, and select Troubleshooting in the Search by Article combo box. Next, enter the keyword to search for a particular troubleshooting article. This may be the product name, number or a problem faced with the product. Alternatively, choose the Technical & Troubleshooting category under the Ask Us a Question tab to post a question or request help.
