After logging in, click the Usage link in the top menu, and then select the line for which you want to view the records, which is located under Summary By User. From the Usage details page, select either Voice or Messaging, depending on the type of record you want to view. To download the records, click the Download link.

To view phone records on Sprint.com, sign in to your Sprint account, and select My Sprint from the navigation links within the gray box, and then click See Bill. From the Monthly Statement page to the right, click See Bill History, and choose a billing date to access call details for a specific time frame.
