TDS Telecom offers electronic, cash, check and rush payment options to its customers. The four options support bill payments for phone, Internet and TV services.
EPay, an online service offered by TDS, handles electronic payments. Customers can enroll for the service at TDSepay.com. Most customers' banks also offer electronic payment services that also apply for this option. Check payments can be mailed directly to TDS using envelopes provided to customers when receiving their bills. If a TDS-provided envelope is unavailable, the company provides a mailing address on its website.
Cash payments are payable via a Western Union Agency, or at a Wal-Mart retail store's Service Desk. To make rush payments, customers can call a TDS Advisor though a phone number provided on the company's website. Alternatively, they can visit tdstelecom.com/MyAccount or tdsbusiness.com/MyAccount online, and choose the Rush Payment option.
