There are several ways to make bill payments as a T-Mobile subscriber, the most popular of which are online or by phone. Subscribers are also invited to make payments by mail or via automatic subscription with EasyPay.
Providing the subscriber has a My T-Mobile account, paying online is the easiest method, as all bill information is available and payment methods can be stored. Paying over the phone is available both with a 24-hour automated service and with a customer representative. It is possible to set up automatic payments with EasyPay, which deducts the amount due approximately three days before the billing date each month. To mail a payment, a check or money order can be sent to one of four addresses, depending on which one is closest to the subscriber.
