You can pay your nTelos bill online, over the phone or at a company store. Paying online requires credit card or bank account information. Alternately, you can mail a check to the address specified on the bill.
Should you choose the online option, you can either make a one-time payment or enroll in the Autopay service for automated monthly payments. Accepted credit cards include American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Setting up automated payments helps you pay on time, avoid late fees and get a $5 discount per month. For verification purposes, a postpaid subscriber must submit his mobile or account number and the last four digits of his Social Security number. A prepaid subscriber must enter his mobile number and PIN instead.
In addition, the nTelos website offers online billing that lets subscribers view their wireless bills for the past 13 months. Registration for online billing is free, whereas a paper bill comes with an additional fee. Billing statements are instantly available after finishing the registration process and require a PDF viewer.
NTelos has two special numbers for phone payments: one for postpaid subscribers and one for prepaid subscribers. Both numbers utilize automated systems, and you must follow the instructions to pay your bill.
