A MetroPCS bill can be paid by signing into My Account on the official MetroPCS website and making a payment with a debit, credit or MetroPCS payment card. A bill can also be paid by phone, in person, by mail or through autopay.
When paying online, customers can use express pay to use a debit, credit or MetroPCS payment card without signing into My Account. Online payments have no additional fees and are applied to an account within two hours. Customers using My Account can also sign up for autopay which automatically debits their debit or credit card each month.
To pay by phone, customers can dial *99 on their phones. This service costs $2 per transaction. Customers can also call the MetroPCS customer server which charges $3 per transaction. Customers using MyMetro to pay by phone are not charged an extra fee.
Customers can pay in person at a MetroPCS location or authorized dealer over the counter or at a 24-hour payment machine. Both methods charge a $3 fee per transaction. Payments place in a dropbox at a MetroPCS store are not charged an extra fee and are applied to an account within 48 hours. Other authorized payment locations, such as Western Union, may charge a service fee.
Customers can pay by mail by writing their service account number on their check and mailing it to MetroPCS Wireless, Inc., P.O. Box 5119, Carol Stream, IL 60197-5119. This service may also charge a fee.
