Pay your Atlantic Broadband cable TV, Internet and phone bill in person, by mail, phone or online. Regardless of the number of bundled services, customers pay only one consolidated bill. A subsidiary of Canadian telecommunications company Cogeco Cable, Atlantic Broadband provides TV, Internet and telephone services to about 250,000 customers in western Pennsylvania, Miami Beach, Maryland, Delaware and Aiken, South Carolina, as well as eastern Connecticut, as of December 2015. The company is the United States' 12th largest cable operator.
To pay in person, visit any Atlantic Broadband payment location. Customers can pay by cash, credit card, check or money order. You can also leave your payment in the drop box outside of office hours. To pay by mail, send a check or money order, and enclose it together with the payment stub that comes with your monthly bill. To pay by phone, contact Atlantic Broadband Customer Care, and pay with a debit or credit card.
For online payments, customers must first set up an online account using Atlantic Broadband's Online Account Manager tool found on its website. This free service also allows customers to view their monthly bills. Customers can pay by credit or debit card or through a checking or savings account. Customers can also arrange to pre-pay bills many months in advance. Any additional services purchased are subtracted from the customer's account balance.
