To pay by mail, send a check or money order, and enclose it together with the payment stub that comes with your monthly bill. To pay by phone, contact Atlantic Broadband Customer Care, and pay with a debit or credit card.

For online payments, customers must first set up an online account using Atlantic Broadband's Online Account Manager tool found on its website. This free service also allows customers to view their monthly bills. Customers can pay by credit or debit card or through a checking or savings account. Customers can also arrange to pre-pay bills many months in advance. Any additional services purchased are subtracted from the customer's account balance.
