A Cricket Wireless customer may call 888-326-6178 Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central time to find out the status of her mail-in rebate. The customer may also find out her rebate status on the Cricket website,
To find a rebate status online, go to CricketWireless.com. Click Support, click Orders and Activations and then click Mail-in Rebates. Click Rebate Status Inquiry and a search status page comes up. On this page, enter your name, address and zip code. A security page may display to confirm that you are a human. Type in the security code displayed and click the Submit button. It may take three weeks after mailing in the rebate form for the status to appear online. The customer information given on the search status page must match the information given on the rebate form.
