Go to Microsoft, and navigate to the Downloads section. Search for ".NET Framework," and download .NET Framework 3.0, or the latest version that is compatible with your operating system. Follow the program's install wizard to install the program on your system.
- Enable XPS Viewer
Click Start, and open the Control Panel. Find Programs in the list of Control Panel options, and click on it. Within the Programs and Features list, click on the Turn Windows features on or off option, and bypass the administrator pop-up to open the system's list of Windows features. Look for your version of .NET Framework, and press the + icon located next to the program's folder to open its features. Tick the box located next to XPS Viewer, and click OK.
