Locate the PES file you want to open. Right click on it to open a menu.
Move the mouse over the Open With option to display a list of programs associated with the PES file. Select the one you want from the list and click it.
If the desired program is not in the list, click Set Default Program. Search your computer for the program you want and click it. The PES file selected as well as all future PES files are now automatically opened with this program.
