Hover your mouse over Customer Support at the top right of the page, and click the Resolution Center link.
Select the reason that best fits your situation from the list of options.
Choose the transaction you are having an issue with, and include details about the problem when prompted. Once your case is open, you can return to the Resolution Center to check the status of the case.
